This housing project researches the traditional housing type of Buenos Aires of the beginning of the 20th century, and brings it into the contemporary, dense city. The patio, heart of the house in the traditional dwellings, is here again the protagonist: the entrance, sunlight, transparency and privacy are designed around the patio.
