House in Delft, NL Under construction (2020 - 2022) Area: 340m2 Materials: CLT structure, bricks, aluminium, greenery.
This project investigates the idea of dwelling the façade: the façade is no longer a surface. It gains depth to create an active transition between the city and the house. It moves inwards, providing green filters for the privacy of the residents, and outwards, creating spots to relax, read or chat, while looking at the historic town of Delft.
